I am an IT Support Professional based in Bacolod City, Philippines with over five years of hands-on experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk, endpoint management, and network infrastructure across BPO, real estate, and customer service environments.

I work well independently, document everything properly, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. I am looking for a full-time remote role where I can contribute from day one and grow long term.
